Training and Upskilling

SEND training is essential for promoting inclusion and ensuring equal opportunities.

We provide a range of SEND training courses to organisations, educational providers and individuals. We can deliver locally face to face within the Hull and East Riding area or nationally via our online training courses.

Training in SEND is essential for promoting inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities, and supporting the diverse needs of individuals with disabilities. It empowers educators and support staff to provide quality education and support, fostering a more inclusive and equitable society for all. Our training helps individuals:

  • Understand the diverse needs and challenges faced by people with SEND
  • Promoting empathy and compassion, and
  • Enabling better support and inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of life.

Our training promotes inclusive practices that benefit not only the child or young person with SEND but also the entire community as individuals will learn how to create inclusive environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and included, encouraging a sense of belonging and diversity acceptance. Our training offers personal and professional growth opportunities for individuals as it challenges individuals to expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and adopt innovative approaches.
