Today's children and young people face a wide range of challenges, including academic pressures, social media influences, family difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, bullying, and the lasting impact of adverse life experiences. Recognising these challenges early and equipping children, young people, and the professionals who support them with effective strategies can make a significant difference to their wellbeing, resilience, and future outcomes.
B-Connected is a specialist training and wellbeing service dedicated to supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people. We deliver engaging, evidence-informed training, workshops, and development programmes for children, young people, parents, carers, schools, and professionals working across education, health, social care, and community settings.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to recognise mental health challenges, build resilience, and create supportive environments where children and young people can thrive.
Supporting Children and Young People
Our workshops provide safe, inclusive, and interactive opportunities for children and young people to explore topics such as:
- Emotional wellbeing and self-awareness
- Building confidence and self-esteem
- Managing stress and anxiety
- Developing resilience and coping strategies
- Healthy relationships and communication

- Mental health education and stigma reduction
Through practical activities and age-appropriate discussions, we help young people understand their emotions, develop positive coping mechanisms, and strengthen their ability to navigate life's challenges.
